There are a lot of choices for this kind of support but this has the height (11"H) and density (holds up well) I need. The shipping price however is terriable at $30.65. I don't know why as it isn't very heavy and you can see its dimensions are not at all that large. As of my purchase this item does not qualify for Amazon Prime. Also there is a few days of delay between order date and shipping date as stated on the description page. Costly yes. For those of us who need to elevate our legs and take pressure off of our lower backs this is the solution and it holds up very well over the years. I still have my first one (about three ago)and I take it with me when I travel. My second one I use every night at home. Can't sleep without it. I sleep like a baby with it.

I must prop my reconstructed ankle up every night for 8 weeks. By being able to remove the middle wedge, I got the pillow to the perfect height. Also, my leg and foot do not roll off the pillow in the night, and it is elevated and cradled so that my partner doesn't kick my foot as he thrashes around in the night. Also, a neat freak, I love it that I can wash the "pillow case," which is totally secured onto the pillow with a zipper system so that it can not slide off.
